• Interactive multi-client picker — detects which supported clients (Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor) are actually installed on the machine, instead of defaulting to Claude Code only.
• Clearer --migrate-status output — self-documenting with an inline legend, and post-install hints now print the correct invocation for your install source.

• memory_add failures during migration — fixed unsanitized agent_id interpolation into internal table names that could trigger a SQL syntax error for agent_id values containing - or :.
