• askSecret masking actually works now — the 1.0.5 fix suppressed readline echo during the API key prompt, but the terminal still briefly echoed keystrokes in the clear before the mask was applied. Verified end-to-end in a real TTY: only masked characters are visible, and backspace erases cleanly.
• Skip the one-option connection prompt — for npm installs, the local-only connection option is hidden, which previously left a single-entry menu that still asked you to choose. Now auto-selected.
